x marks the spot...
Anybody want to give me pointers about making a map to include with invitations? I just need a basic map or set of directions to my house, but I want it to be as nice as the invitations, which Jordan is doing for me. So, the map can't be my normal hand-drawn and copied on copier paper kind of thing.

Have you tried Etsy.com? You could do an Alchemy request. When I did one a last week, I got a bunch of replies.
Do you want to make them yourself? Do you have Microsoft Publisher? Publisher is really really easy and the finished product will look great!

If you have Illustrator, that's the best way to do it (IMHO). But many people don't have Illustrator and it's not the most user friendly program...
Not trying to self-promote, just trying to be helpful, but if you are interested in having someone make them, I have a shop on Etsy where I do this.
