Another reason to party...

Looks like after How's party in April, I'll have another party to get ready for in May. I've always wanted to host a Derby Party, so I decided to go ahead and do it this year. I figure with all the bad news we wake up to every morning on the news, everybody could use a reason to celebrate. How better to celebrate, then with pretty hats, bowties and mint juleps? Also, I won the Nie auction for invitations from Jordan and I'm finally going to use them for this party. To start planning the party, I found these two boards to use as my inspiration for the party. I've had them saved for awhile, so it wasn't really a hard choice. I love the colors and the traditional look of both boards, but I'm hoping to add a more modern spin on it.
